The IRD 2240 is available with Input for DVB-S, DVB-C or DVB-T and one built in Common Interface Slot to fit up different Conditional Access Modules to descramble Pay-TV Channels.

Because of the integrated RS232 Control Option the IRD 2240 can be controlled by bidirectional way via RS232 by systems like Crestron or AMX, natural also via front panel keyboard, IR Remote Control or external IR Receiver.

Software Updates can be done comfortable by using the front I/O connector. Because of the also included Audio and Video output on this port a control Monitor can be connected what makes easier the installation and monitoring of the IRD.
