Scart to RGBHV Converter.
The HC 310 RGBHV is a Scart to RGBHV colour space converter.

These enables devices with a Scart output to be connected to one displaying device with RGBHV (Cinch) input.

Most of the Beamer and Plasma TV are equipped with RGBHV (Cinch) input. Now it is possible to generate a high quality RGBHV signal from devices with a Scart RGB output.
